Jaymie Braman

With more than eighteen years of experience in the financial services industry, my work has been shaped by a passion for supporting clients and advisors with clarity, confidence, and care. In my role as Client Services and Operations Manager, I enjoy working closely with clients and helping coordinate the administrative details that support a smooth and positive experience with our firm, including scheduling, communication, application processing, underwriting coordination, and account servicing. My focus is on making the operational side of financial planning clear, organized, and manageable so advisors can provide exceptional guidance and clients can feel supported throughout the process.

Beyond client support, I oversee the firm’s internal operations and systems, including the development and ongoing management of workflows, procedures, and CRM processes. Creating consistency and reliability across the organization is a priority, and I am always looking for ways to make processes more seamless and efficient. These efforts allow advisors to focus on delivering personalized financial planning and building meaningful client relationships, while ensuring clients receive the thoughtful service, communication, and follow-through they value throughout their experience with the firm.

Over the course of my career, my approach has been shaped by hands-on experience and a practical, solutions-focused mindset. I naturally look for opportunities to improve processes and enjoy creating thoughtful systems that support efficiency, organization, and clear communication. That mindset guides how I support the firm each day, with an emphasis on dependable service, strong follow-through, and creating a positive experience for both clients and the team.

Academically, I studied Entrepreneurial Studies at Rider University, where I built a strong foundation in finance, accounting, economics, and business law.

In the moments that matter most, there is nothing I love more than the time I spend with my amazing husband, who also happens to be my favorite human being, and my remarkable teenage daughters, Isabelle and Harmony. Those moments bring balance, perspective, and a sense of gratitude to everything I do. I enjoy spending my free time painting, cooking, gardening, going to concerts, and eating out with family and friends. These are the times that leave me feeling joyful, inspired, and grateful for the life we share.
