With over twenty years of experience in operations, systems support, and team leadership, my career has been shaped by a commitment to precision, reliability, and thoughtful execution. Supporting internal systems and daily operations allows me to help ensure accuracy, consistency, and dependability across all processes, while working closely with the team to maintain systems, manage data, and support workflows that keep advisors focused on serving clients.

Throughout my career, roles in operations, training, and systems support demanded a high level of organization and accountability. Time spent in management positions centered on team development and procedural training reinforced the importance of clear processes and strong communication. That foundation later expanded through work supporting military and defense-related initiatives, where I assisted with scenario-based training, systems testing, and the integration of communication and data technologies prior to deployment.

Working in highly structured environments strengthened my ability to follow detailed processes, adapt within complex systems, and support mission-critical operations with a high degree of accuracy. Those experiences continue to guide how I approach my work today—quietly, consistently, and with attention to detail behind the scenes.

Family is at the center of everything I do. I’m proud to be a husband and father, and my daughters, Isabelle and Harmony, along with my wife, are the reason I strive to be my best every day. My weeks are filled with chasing goals in a local men’s hockey league, painting with my wife, and, during football season, acting as commissioner and playing in our family and friends fantasy football league. I make a point to have one-on-one time with the girls, while still carving out moments for all of us together. Life is best when it’s full of laughter, a little friendly competition, and plenty of time with the people who matter most.
